Onsite parking available, you must enter your car registation details on arrival.

By Bus: 

We are a 10 minute walk from Newport Bus Station.

Delivered To You

If you can’t get to us easily and you would like bikes delivered directly to you please select the delivery option on our booking request form. 

We offer an Island wide delivery service to any accessible location for multiple-day hires only. Delivery fees can be found under hire prices. 

On Arrival:

Booking is required.

Make your way to our collection point where you will be greeted by one of our team members. 

Bikes will be ready to go when you arrive. We will help you with adjusting the bikes, fitting your helmet and route suggestions as you require. 

You will be provided with a helmet if required, enough bike locks for each group and a route map. 

We offer Island Wide Mechanical support (8am – 6pm) ensuring complete peace of mind. A puncture repair kit, pump and tools can be requested but may be subject to additional fees.
